These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Alfred coaching app. Alfred is operated by Ben Alexander, based in Canberra, Australia. By using Alfred, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. Questions? Email ben@alfredapp.com.au.

What Alfred is

Alfred is an AI coaching tool that helps you with energy, sleep, training, and general wellbeing. Alfred provides general information and coaching only. It is not medical, psychological, or professional health advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional.

Health disclaimer

Always consult a qualified health professional before making changes to your training, diet, sleep, or health routine, especially if you have an existing condition or any concerns. Do not disregard professional advice or delay seeking it because of something Alfred has said. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Alfred.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity that happens under it. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Alfred, including by attempting to disrupt the service, access it without authorisation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

AI limitations

Alfred's responses are generated by AI and may sometimes be inaccurate or incomplete. Use your own judgement, and treat its guidance as general information rather than a guarantee of any outcome.

Your content

You keep ownership of the messages and images you provide. You grant us the permission needed to process that content to operate the service and provide your coaching.

Availability and changes

We may add, change, or remove features, and the service may occasionally be unavailable. Pricing and plans, where they apply, may change, and we will give reasonable notice of material changes.

Termination

You can stop using Alfred at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are breached.

Disclaimers and liability

Alfred is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory, Australia.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page.
